Minutes of the SVCA Extraordinary Board Meeting

February 19, 2003

Jaycee House, 1251 Lilloet Road

Directors present: Phil Holland, Bill Maurer, Michele Payne and Bob Charlton.

Meeting called to order 7:10 p.m.

It was unanimously agreed that the quorum for the Annual General Meeting be reduced from 35 to 30 resident members, and that the SVCA By-laws be revised accordingly.

Meeting adjourned at 7:12 p.m.
