Is it the District's position that the City Cemetery operations with respect
to the landfill operations are now compliant with uses permitted by the
Cemetery zoning?

The City has agreed to discontinue rock crushing and the commercial aspect
of the material sales, therefore, we are not proceeding with this at this
time.

Hi Gordon, any progress on the report for council? I think the plan was for
the report to go out in Sept, now its Oct.
