I have reviewed the situation with Ms. Howes and Mr. Torry and in light of the current situation we are initiating a consultation process with representatives on both sides of the issue within the next couple of weeks. This will follow an information report being prepared for Council which will be included in there information packages this week. Ms. Howes will be contacting representatives very soon to arrange a meeting.
